Sometimes it can be kinda poetic.

“I run, or should I say walk, for many reasons.

I had a stroke when I was 16 due to an autoimmune disease and was told I would not be able to walk.

I still have residual issues and now have a spine disease, I walk to keep moving.

I walk to commune with nature and to be one with the divine and feel empowered.

I walk to spend time with my family and friends

It keeps our lymph and toxins moving.

Physical isn’t the only reason though

It’s good to release stress and clear mental and emotional stress

It’s meditation at its finest

To feel the earth grounding me and the sky embrace me, nothing is better”
