Imagine you have two pieces of paper in front of you.

On one of them you have 2 minutes to fill it with all of the things you are worried about, the things you want to get rid of, the risks in your business, your current limitations, your weaknesses, and the things that are holding you back.

Now, on the other, you have the same two minutes to write down what you are excited about, the things you want more of, the opportunities in front of you, your unique potential, your strengths, and everything that seems to be working for you.

Which one do you think gets more energy, focus and attention? If you’re like most people (and leaders) it’s the first. Don’t worry, it’s kind of human nature. There are design functions in the brain that have us focus on one more than the other.

The real question is: What would be possible if you, and your team, were able to fill the second page as quickly and completely (or more) than the first?

I work with individuals and companies to help them create processes to build that second list, and act on it, purposefully, measurably, and consistently. If you are ready to truly leverage your unique capabilities and find opportunities you might currently be overlooking, I look forward to hearing from you.
